Franchise Area Director
The Huddle House Franchise Area Director (FAD) supports franchisees within a specific
geographic region. The FAD provides strategic guidance to help franchisees maximize
sales and profitability while executing company standards of operations and training.
The FAD is the primary point of contact with franchisees and their managers. Previous
experience in a multi-unit franchise environment is required. For consideration,

Field Training Manager
The Huddle House Field Training Manager works with franchisees, restaurant managers
and team members across the country. The Training Manager is responsible for new
restaurant openings and ongoing training and development in existing restaurants
to ensure adherence to company standards of operations. Extensive travel, dedication
to hospitality and restaurant training experience is required. For consideration,

Restaurant General Managers
The Huddle House General Managers are responsible for success and growth of their
restaurant. In addition to managing a fun, family-oriented restaurant according
to company standards of quality food, outstanding service and cleanliness, the General
Managers work to build relationships within the community. This leadership position
