A groundbreaking was held Monday for a new Huddle House restaurant on New Highway 68 in Sweetwater on Monday.
Local entrepreneurs Neil Mistry and Pam Kshatriya will begin construction on the future Sweetwater Huddle House location.
The new restaurant celebrated its upcoming site located off of New Highway 68 next to Quality Inn. The location, which is expected to open in January 2018, will be Huddle House’s 24th restaurant in Tennessee.
“Pam and I spent months looking through similar franchise opportunities,” Mistry said in a press release. “When we came across Huddle House we knew that this was a concept that we wanted to invest in and we’re excited to bring the delicious food and gathering spot to Sweetwater.”
Based in Atlanta, Huddle House restaurants have earned adoration in their communities for their warm, friendly atmospheres where every conversation, sip of coffee and bite of homestyle meals are savored.
The new Huddle House arrives amid a dynamic growth phase for the brand. Today, the brand has 350 locations open and an additional 47 in development. For more information on Huddle House in Sweetwater and elsewhere, visit huddlehouse.com.
