COVID-19: AN IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM HUDDLE HOUSE

At Huddle House, we take great pride in being Smalltown America’s favorite dining place. That means always striving to serve the needs of our friends and families. People like you. And your neighbors. These continue to be challenging times with the COVID-19 crisis we’ve all heard so much about.
I pray you and your families are safe. Huddle House is working hard to continue to the serve the communities in which we operate. In recent weeks, we have ramped up our off-premise dining options with expanded online ordering for delivery or pickup, phone-ahead for curbside pickup, and we’re introducing Family Meals that are packaged, portioned and priced for family-style dining.
We are also doing our very best to help our franchise operators remain in business during these trying times so they are able to keep their team members employed. Communities need us and communities rely on us. We take that responsibility very seriously.
We remain extremely diligent in our efforts to keep everyone safe, including social-distancing, frequent/proper handwashing, sanitizing surfaces frequently, and paying extraordinarily high attention to all food-safety standards. None of us wanted to be in this terrible situation but we are, and we must work together to move through it and return to happier days.
And we will.
If you have recently taken advantage of our off-premise dining options, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you haven’t yet, we would welcome the opportunity to prepare a delicious Huddle House meal for you and your family. We miss you. And we look forward to welcoming you back to our dining rooms as soon as the crisis has passed and the “all clear” has sounded. That will be a glorious day!
